Price Discount
The Anheuser-Busch Center is pleased to provide your Association a ten (10) percent discount on your Dinner selection from the attached menus. This discount is offered the months of January through November for Monday through Thursday evenings.
Audio Visual Equipment
Our convenient, In House, State of the Art equipment is available for your use at an additional charge. Should your equipment selection require an audiovisual technician, the applicable charges will apply.
Minimums
The minimum guaranteed revenue for the St. Louis Room is reduced to $2150.00 for an Association Dinner on a weekday evening. The Sales Manager, Food & Beverage Manager and the General Manager must approve any modification to the above guarantee.
Guarantees
A final guarantee of attendance is required by 9:00 AM three (3) working days, excluding weekends and Holidays, prior to your event. If the Sales Office is not notified of the guaranteed attendance, the estimated number of guests will become the guarantee. Charges will be made for the guaranteed attendance or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
Menu Information
The Center requires a firm menu selection three (3) weeks prior to your Event. Menu prices will be guaranteed six (6) months prior to your Event. When selecting a plated Dinner entrée, it is best to serve the same meal to all your guests. The Center will not prepare the five (5) percent overage if multiple Entrees are selected. If it is absolutely necessary to serve multiple Entrees to your guests, the following guidelines must be followed:
- The highest priced Entrée will be charged for all Entrée Selections
- A maximum of two entrees may be selected
- A definite count per Entrée must be submitted five (5) working days prior to your event
- The host must distribute the Centers’ color-coded cards to identify guests Entrée selection
The Anheuser-Busch Center must provide all Food and Beverage products. Our policy does not allow food and beverage to be brought into the Center, or to be taken off the property.
Contact Person
To insure all information is communicated properly, we ask that one individual is designated to communicate with the Center Event Planner. The person of contact should be responsible for all menu planning, room arrangements, audiovisual requirements, decorations and guarantees.
Please add 21% service charge and sales tax to all food and beverage items.
